The website reminds me of the official one for WordPress Themes. You can easily download and preview the themes. The difference is that the themes can be used for a simple, regular website with static pages.

The place to look for WordPress themes is the new Theme Directory over at WordPress.org. That is where I found this lovely theme called iNove which is among the top downloads.
